Travel & sync settings
FieldNation driving distances are used when its confirmed starting ZIP matches your Starting ZIP. Round-trip miles double the one-way distance. A positive mileage rate that includes fuel is counted once. With a zero or blank mileage rate, travel cost uses fuel only when MPG and fuel price are supplied. Recent verified driving miles may be reused for up to 24 hours if FieldNation temporarily omits them; the job details show when they were checked. Remaining pay deducts the 3.9% FieldNation fee from advertised base pay and then estimated travel; labor, other fees, tolls, parking and taxes are excluded.

Workspace roles set the defaults. Override access per app: R reads, RW contributes, and RWX manages the app. X means app management.
GitLab read access also allows collaboration in issues and comments. Create shared repositories in the workspace group to inherit these permissions.
Chat uses Guest (limited participation), Member, and Administrator access. Files supports separate rules for folders and documents through the Access buttons.
