SMS Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
This policy covers the optional RoseBlade Technologies, LLC SMS authentication-code and meeting-reminder program. It supplements our general privacy policy.
Information collected
We collect the phone number you provide, your portal account identity, your selected SMS preferences, consent version and timestamps, and verification, delivery, opt-out and support records needed to operate the program.
How information is used
We use this information to record your choices, verify your number, deliver requested authentication codes and opted-in meeting reminders, handle HELP and STOP requests, prevent misuse, and document program compliance. The program does not send marketing messages.
Sharing
We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share only information needed with service providers that deliver and support the program, including Telnyx and wireless carriers, or as required by law. SMS consent is not transferred to another business for its marketing.
Choices and retention
You may decline either SMS option, change your choices in the portal, or reply STOP to opt out of all program messages. Reply HELP for support. We retain program information as needed to provide service, honor opt-outs, resolve issues and document consent or comply with applicable obligations. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests; some records may need to be retained to honor suppression or legal obligations.
Security and contact
We restrict access to program records and keep provider credentials on our server. No transmission method is completely secure. Never share a verification code.
